Power Putty includes illustrated instructions for 12 exercises. You control the resistance by how hard or fast you squeeze or stretch it. With slow, easy force, Power Putty has low resistance, which is especially beneficial when just starting out or recovering from an injury. With hard force, Power Putty provides greater resistance. The exercises provide balanced strengthening of all the fingers of the hand, wrist, and forearm and it develops strength, stamina, dexterity, and coordination.
